PLEASE NOTE

It is very important that you call to make an appointment to discuss renting our facility.

We are happy to schedule phone or in person appointments Monday-Friday 9-5. Please allow 45 minutes to an hour to work through every detail.

Unfortunately due the extremely busy nature of this business and the time it takes to properly go over all details, we are unable to discuss renting the facility without an appointment. Thank you for helping us offer the best uninterrupted service possible.

Once a press kit is received it is reviewed by our Operations & Development committee. Shows, performances, acts, etc. are notified only if they are selected by the committee to perform.

The Chuck Mathena Center is the perfect venue for weddings, receptions, seminars, business events, expos, reunions, parties, and fundraising.

Located on 5+ acres in Princeton, West Virginia, the CMC is less than 3 miles from the I-77/US-460 interchange that hosts a multitude of hotels and restaurants. We are less than 30 minutes from Pipestem State Park and Winterplace Ski Resort.

Option A

The Rotunda Gallery

Pricing

The Rotunda Gallery is your perfect setting for intimate events. Showcasing an octagonal design with sunrise panels, and beautiful Palladian windows, this 1,177 square foot marvel has its own private entrance, with access to the veranda. The Rotunda will comfortably seat 80 at tables, or serve as a presentation and/or reception area for 100 to 150.

Rates range from $150 to $400.

Option C

The Front House

Pricing

The Front House is comprised of the Grand Hall and the Rotunda

Gallery for a total of 5, 318 square feet. These two areas will accommodate up to 320 guests seated at tables or 425 to 600 in a presentation and/or reception setting. A spectacular space which offers lovely views through the multitude of distinguishing casements. The opulently trimmed walls are often graced with premier artwork and craftsmanship, and will provide your event an added touch of class.

Rates range from $750 to $1,575.

Option B

The Grand Hall

Pricing

The Grand Hall offers over 4,141 square feet of structural brilliance accentuated by a wall of glass and glorious high ceilings lit by six chandeliers. Your Grand Hall event will accommodate 240 guests seated at tables, or 325 to 450 in a presentation and/or reception setting.

Rates range from $600 to $1,350.

The Center

Pricing

The Chuck Mathena Center for the Performing & Fine Arts is 44,000 square feet of magnificent theatrical space, grandiose architecture, and meeting areas. Located within the facility is a 1,000 seat theatre, a catering kitchen and separate kitchenette, 29

restrooms, shower facilities, 10 dressing/costume/green rooms, a grand hall, a rotunda gallery, and parking for 250.

Rates range from $1,850 to $4,175.
